Terms of Use

Last Updated: June 2, 2026 · Effective Date: June 2, 2026

Short version: CacheBin is licensed to you under the Apple Standard EULA. Subscriptions are processed by Apple, auto-renew unless cancelled, and include a 7-day free trial. The App is provided "as is" — please always review what you are about to delete.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CacheBin application ("CacheBin", "the App"), developed and operated by COCORISE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under the brand Tinswin ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using CacheBin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Apple Standard EULA referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License (Apple Standard EULA)

Your license to use CacheBin is the standard Apple End User License Agreement, available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

This grants you a non-transferable license to use CacheBin on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Plans and pricing

CacheBin Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with three plans:

All plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Prices in your local currency are displayed in the App and on the App Store, and may vary by region according to Apple's pricing tiers.

3.2 Billing and auto-renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen plan.

3.3 Managing and cancelling

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

For step-by-step instructions, see Apple's guide: How to cancel a subscription from Apple.

3.4 Free trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

4. Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies, and we do not directly issue refunds. To request a refund, please visit:

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use CacheBin only for its intended purpose — managing developer cache directories on your own Mac. You agree not to:

6. Data and file safety

CacheBin moves selected items to the system Trash by default and does not permanently delete files on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing what is about to be cleaned and for emptying the Trash. While CacheBin uses well-known cache paths and conservative defaults, we strongly recommend keeping current backups of your work (for example via Time Machine or your version control system) before performing any cleanup.

For details on what data the App handles, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

CacheBin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall COCORISE LTD, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use CacheBin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Apple for your CacheBin subscription in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the App and to these terms

We may update the App from time to time to add features, improve performance, or fix bugs. We may also update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was published. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law and your local consumer protection rights, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App.
